ATTENTION ACV Guests, within 2 weeks of your departure, ACV will forward a link for Online Check In. Once the link is completed Global Homes will provide check in details for your stay.

The door code for your vacation home will be waiting for you at the Global Marketing office located at 12601 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. For arrivals after hours, the keys may be picked up from the lockbox at the front door of the office.              

Enter code 2323* and then press the key symbol button. Check-out is 10:00 am.

Guest Vouchers will be provided at check in. The Vouchers are given to the security guard for access to the resort. One sheet per foursome, per home (or per car, per home) should be provided upon check in. Registration, Security Deposit, and Property Protection Fee: All guests must register with Global by noon the day following arrival or they may be subject to lockout. Your reservation includes a pre-paid Property Protection Fee. This fee is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence are the responsibility of   the guest and are not covered by this waiver. A credit card number must be given at the time of check-in to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged if  items are stolen or intentionally damaged in the rental property. The property should be left reasonably clean. If  the property is  not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the credit card for costs to cover extra cleaning.

The following fees are to be paid locally.

• Pool Heat - $30 per day plus tax           
• Splash Pool Heat -$20 Per Day + tax          
• BBQ Grill (3 burners) - $75 per week + tax ( $10 + tax each additional)
• XL BBQ (4 Burners) - $95 per week plus tax ($14 + tax each additional)
• Pac N Play Crib - $55 per week + tax ($9 + tax each additional day)
• Full size Crib (will set up in master bedroom) -$85 per week + tax ($13 +tax each additional day)
• High Chair - $53 per week + tax ( $7 + tax each additional)
• Rollaway Bed - $95 per week + tax ($14 + tax each additional day)
• Bed Rails - $40 per week + tax ($7 + tax each additional day)
• Single Stroller - $60 per week + tax ($9 + tax each additional day)
• Double Stroller - $75 per week + tax ($10 + tax each additional day)
• Single Jogger Stroller - $72 per week + Tax ( $10 + tax each additional day)
• Refrigerator - $235 per week plus tax ( $35 + tax each additional day)
• Pet Fee : 2-3 BR=$100 per week + tax, (*Non-Refundable | This would include steam cleaning carpets, upholstery and dry cleaning the bedding if necessary)

Guests who want to add Rental & Pool heat requests, will need to contact supplier directly to add amenities.

Rental items not ordered in advance will be charged an additional $15 for delivery and cannot be guaranteed for same day delivery. Delivery will be within 24 hours during normal business hours and 48 hours on weekends and holidays.

All items are subject to availability. All prices are subject to change.

All homes have a private pool, Condos do not have pools, most townhouses have pools.

Effective immediately, All Windsor Hills guests who want to use the clubhouse amenities, specifically the community pool, hot tub and Sir Windsor AquaVenture (water park), will need to obtain a wrist band from the Welcome Center. There will be NO COST to booked guests for the wrist bands   

The Welcome Center at Windsor Hills will provide bands based on the number of bedrooms as follows:    

• 3 Bedroom - Max 8 bands   

If there are more guests than as noted , additional bands for the length of stay will be available a cost of $10.00 per band

Vacation homes, condos and townhomes are considered “self-catering,” and will only provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. It will not be replenished by the management company and must be replaced, if needed, by you, the guest. Generally, maid service is not provided although it can be requested for an additional fee at check-in.

• Each adult guest will be required to show proof of Canadian residency as specified below at the time of exchange. Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card.  If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency.  A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable.  Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.
• The persons who will use the Special Offer Canada Resident Tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up
• Discounted Canada Resident Offer tickets are valid for 5+ Day Walt Disney World Base, Park Hopper, Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Tickets
• Date-based tickets expire depending on the length of ticket purchased
